Reduction of Long Term Debt represents the reduction of long-term debt obligations through cash payments or conversion of the convertible securities to the company's common stock together with the payments for the costs necessary to make the loan such as issuance costs. This also includes reduction of long-term debt due to refinancing such as that accompanying bankruptcies or debt restructuring agreements.
