I receive the error “Username or password is incorrect” on Tradovate

I receive the error “Username or password is incorrect” on Tradovate

  1. If you used autofill for the broker credentials, please try to type the username and password manually instead, paying attention to the capital letters, as the credentials are case-sensitive.
  2. Try to check if you can log on to the Tradovate platform with the same credentials. 
  3. Please note that social login is currently unavailable.
