I receive the error “Username or password is incorrect” on Tradovate
- If you used autofill for the broker credentials, please try to type the username and password manually instead, paying attention to the capital letters, as the credentials are case-sensitive.
- Try to check if you can log on to the Tradovate platform with the same credentials.
- Please note that social login is currently unavailable.
