Why do I receive “Tradingview has not been entitled to access your account…” error?
To log on Tradovate account on Nuvexlens, users need to enable the Add-on tools on the Tradovate platform.
To do so, please open Tradovate platform: https://trader.tradovate.com/→ click on Settings in the top right corner→select Add-on on top.


Users with APEX and Elite Trader Funding accounts need to contact them and check if the Add-on subscription for Nuvexlens has been correctly enabled for their accounts by the proprietary trading firms.
