Why do I receive error “username/password is incorrect”?

AMP users can access several trading platforms. Our integration with AMP is implemented via CQG. To log into your AMP account on Nuvexlens, you need to use CQG-powered credentials, that will also work here: https://m.cqg.com/cqg/desktop/main.

In case you have not received the username and password for CQG platform, please try to contact the broker.
