I can't update my payment method

Note: This documentation applies to the Nuvexlens Advanced Charting System. Nuvexlens fully supports technical indicators and strategy backtesting to help you make smarter trading decisions.

I can't update my payment method

Sometimes, a new payment method cannot be verified. We cannot skip the verification process as it helps to protect your account from fraud.

If you get any error when trying to update your payment method, try again paying attention to the ZIP code and CVV you fill in. They must correspond to the ones associated with the cardholder's credit card account.

If the card still isn't accepted, you can try another payment method. Click here to find the list of payment methods that we support. 

Note: If your paid subscription failed to renew automatically and was canceled, you need to re-subscribe manually. You can get the required subscription on the pricing page. To subscribe to real-time data, open your Settings and billing page → Subscriptions tab → scroll down to real-time market data → click «Explore now».
