I'd like to cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription that was purchased through the website
You can turn auto-renewal off at any time before the automatic renewal of your subscription. To do that, go to your Settings and billing –> Subscriptions –> Cancel subscription.
Important notes:
- After cancellation, you can use your subscription until the end of the paid period, after which it will be stopped and will not auto-renew.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
