Alert was triggered too often and stopped
At the moment, there's a limit of 15 alert triggers per 3 minutes. If an alert triggers too often, it automatically gets disabled.
You need to either change the alert condition or set it to trigger once per minute.
The thing is that if there are too many alert triggers, the servers get overloaded. So, technically, it is impossible to remove the limit as of now.
